Want to sell your home for a low flat fee and have a Broker/Attorney handle your sales transaction? This is the program for you! EZ List will list your home and oversee your home sale transaction for $2999, plus commission payable to the Buyer’s Agent.

What We Do:

• Place Your Home in the Local MLS and “Realtor.com” (minimum 4 month listing)
• Rent You a Professional EZ List Yardsign
• Rent You a Combo Lockbox
• Provide You with a Color Marketing Flyer (Seller to provide photographs and make
  copies)
• From the Moment You Receive An Offer, We’ll Handle All Aspects of Your Transaction Until Your Sale Closes, including Purchase Agreement and Counter Offer Negotiations, Opening Escrow, Ordering a Termite Inspection, Ordering a Home Warranty and Ordering a Natural Hazard Disclosure Report. As is typical with home sales, Seller (or Buyer) is responsible for closing and other transaction costs, including escrow, title, termite, home warranty and natural hazard disclosure report fees.
• Low Flat Fee of $2999 Payable to EZ List Only If Your Sale Closes, Plus Buyer Agent Commission
• No Hidden Fees
• Licensed Broker (Not Just a Real Estate Agent) and Harvard Law graduate

What You Do:

• Handle showings of your home (Agents will call you directly to arrange showings to
  prospective buyers)
• Hold open houses if you wish
• Provide EZ List with photographs of your home
• Make copies of the Marketing Flyer
• Decide what commission you want to pay Buyer’s Agent (commissions are negotiable and not set by law)
