For a flat upfront fee of $399, EZ List will:

• Place your Home in the Local MLS and “Realtor.com”
• Rent a Professional EZ List Yardsign and Combo Lockbox
• Provide you with a Color Marketing Flyer (Seller to provide two photographs and
  make copies)
• No Hidden Fees

What You Do:

• Handle showings of your home (Agents will call you directly to arrange showings to
  prospective buyers)
• Hold open houses if you wish
• Provide EZ List with Photographs
• Make copies of the Marketing Flyer
• Decide what commission you want to pay Buyer’s Agent (commissions are negotiable and not set by law)
• You handle all aspects of your transaction, including offers, escrow, inspections,
  disclosures, appraisals and all other aspects of your transaction.
• Notify EZ List when you have accepted an offer and when your escrow closes.

This program is an ADVERTISING service. With the $399 Program, the Seller will handle his or her entire home sale, including all home showings, all negotiations and all accompanying paperwork (escrow, title, inspections, disclosures, appraisals) - EZ List does not act as the Seller’s agent with the $399 Program. However, if you sign up for this option and later decide you need help, EZ List can handle your transaction from offer to close of escrow for an additional $2599, payable only at close of escrow.

1. Information about Your Property.
   In order to list your property, you’ll need to fill out the following information form about your property.

   Please print this form out and fill in the information requested.
2. Listing Agreement.
   You will also need to sign and date our nonexclusive MLS listing agreement.
   Please print these forms, fill in the information requested on both,sign and date where indicated.

3. Fax Forms to EZ List.
   Fax all of the forms in Step 1 and 2 to: (951) 894-5118
   Please call 1-866-570-LIST (5478) to confirm our receipt of your fax.
4. Payment.

You’re Listed!
Your listing will go into the MLS within 24 hours of our receipt of both your payment and the forms in Steps 1 and 2. Listings are usually posted to “Realtor.com” within 72 hours after entry into the MLS. We will email your flyer to you within 24 hours of receiving 2 property photos from you.

Once we receive your forms and payment, we will also arrange for installation of your yardsign and lockbox at your property address within 72 hours.
